Next phase of my car started!!!

I was finally able to sell my wheels this past Monday and I just ordered my new rims right now. Those should be coming in the next couple of days. Now I'm just waiting to hear from a guy about some tires and as soon as I can get those I'll have them mounted and balanced and put them on my car. It's going to look nice!

New beer!!

When I was over in Kingman, AZ this past we went over to the Walmart and my uncle and me saw these new Miller Chill beers. We decided to try them out and they are really good. I would definitely drink these next time I go out to a bar.

Haven't posted in a while

Yeah, its been a while since the last time I posted anything on here.  Not much going on.  Going to Arizona tomorrow with my mom and uncle to visit my grandparents.  We should be coming back sometime Saturday.  

I put my wheels up for sale last week.  Hopefully somebody will buy them somtime soon.  I want to get my new wheels!  I'm going to go with Sportmax 501s.  They are 15s.  A couple of reasons why I am going with this wheel.  One, like I posted before, I am going for a new look.  I want to go for the JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) look.  The 15s will help me get that look.  Two, my gas mileage will go up because of the smaller and lighter wheel.  And last, I'm tired of the ride that the 18s give.

Car club news.  The car club that I was in, Quality Toys, is no more.  We merged up with Team Xcelsia and the Alpha Squad click to form a new club.  We are calling the new club Alpha Squad.  We decided to merge because the dealership that was sponsoring our club wasn't doing anything for us.  Team Xcelsia had a very good dealership backing and was cool enough to let us in on that opportunity.  It was fun being in Quality Toys, but the new Alpha Squad club should be bigger and better.  

That's all that I can really think of for right now.  I better start packing my bag for my little trip to Arizona.  Till next time.

Going to the Angels game!

My dad just called me and told me that my cousin gave him their tickets to tonights Angels game and he is giving them to me. YES!! I love free Angels tickets and especially love going to the games. Got to get ready now to go. PEACE!

Santa Ana Car Show

Went down to Santa Ana today to hang out with my dad at this car show he was at. Lots of cool old cars down there today. Here are some pics that I took. My dad's car is the sweet white 62 Impala.

Phase 1 done!

I finally finished stripping off the flames and cleaning off all the left over adhesive on my car last night. Turns out 3M adhesive remover worked the best. Next step is trying to sell the wheels so I can get my new ones. My friend Kirby (Alpha Squad ring leader) can get me a good deal on some sweet 15s. Here's a pic of what my car look like with the flames off.

New look for the ride: Phase 1

Well I decided that I wanted to give the ride a new look. So the new look that I am looking for doesn't include the flame vinyl decals that I have on the sides of my car. So today I decided to remove them. Man o man was this a task. It took me about 4 hours to get one side done! Taking the decals off was easy. Getting the sticky stuff that was left behind was another story. That stuff is hard to get off and it doesn't make it any easier that it's all over the side of my car. I'm going to tackle the other side tomorrow and then phase 1 of the new look will be done.
